Yoni means "source", "place of birth" in Sanskrit. This word means vagina, vulva and uterus. In tantra, this word means feminine energy in general, the feminine principle.
Yoni healing is not about orgasms (although it is also about them). First of all, it is about connecting with one's essence, the mystical experience of rebirth into wholeness, living one's depth and strength.

Often women live in the head, even more than men. Men often live according to the principle "When I see the goal - I see no obstacles", and women think a lot, think, fantasize, and eventually forget about the body.

In the life of almost every woman there was violence (not necessarily physical), depreciation of her body, rude words (often about the yoni either in harsh medical language or rude obscene language), violence from doctors during gynecological examinations or during childbirth, disrespect and devaluation of her opinion, desires, abilities just because she is a woman (hello, feminism!). As a result, the yoni "freezes" and women feel a kind of emptiness in their stomachs. After the massage, it is often said that the area of the lower abdomen and genitals seems to "wake up" and begins to be felt. Sometimes several sessions are needed, especially for survivors of sexual or other trauma, vaginismus, numbness at a very deep level.

There are 4 phases of yoni feeling:

- insensitivity
- pain
- bliss
- transcendence

I recommend going through about 5 sessions, because in the first two or three we often go through only the first two stages, although it happens in different ways, of course.

Yoni healing is the living of these phases from the first to the last, "defrosting" connection with one's own strength and original resource. This is not stimulation with the aim of reaching peak states, this is a mystery, female, sisterly initiation, the depth of experiencing pain relief and self-acceptance.

During the first sessions we can just talk and do some simple dressing practices. I always ask for permission before touching any private parts. You can always say "no" or "stop" at any stage (and if there was a trauma of abuse this will even be a therapeutic episode). At any moment I hear and see you, and act only with your permission.

Is this practice good? Depending on how much contact here is with the yoni. If the body is at the first and second stages and the yoni is "frozen", then at first pain may come out, memories and images may come, and it is important to breathe and cry through them in order to clear the space, to "turn on" the switched off. If one is on the third and fourth stages - then bliss, mystical orgasms, space and connection with divine energy comes.

The session itself lasts 3-3.5 hours.
