Tantric massage is often confused with erotic massage because both of them work with sexual energy. But in reality there is a huge gap between them.

Erotic massage is, first of all, a consumption, this type of massage belongs to commodity-money relations. It has a consumer and a seller of sexual services. It uses the energies of the second and third chakras - sexual pleasure, control, self-assurance and feeling like a sultan in a harem, whose body is being caressed by beautiful women. On a certain level, this can be and is a very pleasant and rewarding stage for a man.

After an erotic massage - a tantric massage (even if you are ready for it) - can leave you with a sense of emptiness, disappointment and wasted time. Because tantric massage is a sacred, spiritual practice. It has a priestess, a Master, and a practitioner who is ready to trust the Master, surrender to the process and go into the very depths of self-examination. The energies of the fourth and other upper chakras work here.

The practice of tantric massage may look different, but the result will always be deep repletion and relaxation.

In the process of tantric massage for men I always work with the lingam area (lingam is the sacred name for the penis in sanskrit, widely used all over the 'sacred' world). But it is always important to remember that the primary, key goal of any tantric massage is to connect with oneself, feel the flow of energies in the body and expand the heart center, and not "the ending". What is the point of going for a tantric massage if you want something you can do yourself in the bathroom?

In tantra, the ideal state is when the lingam is semi-solid. If it is too soft, then the sexual energy is not turned on and we have nothing to work with. If it is too hard, it is very difficult to be in practice because the pressure from the inside is too strong.

If the lingam is too hard (this happens infrequently - about 5-10 percent of cases, because by the time we come to the lingam part of the ritual - so-called lingam ritual) a person is already in a deep meditative immersion in himself, and an erection occurs only when there is a habitual focusing on a third-party object or fantasy), then sometimes ejaculation can happen. This is normal, because in case of excessive pressure, it can create a potentially unpleasant situation for men's health. I like to repeat that "it is necessary that the energy is directed either up to the heart or out, but not stuck in the genital area, creating heaviness and discomfort."

It is also believed that during ejaculation a man loses energy, and our task is to save and distribute it throughout the body. On rare occasions, I consciously practice ejaculation if I feel that there is a true therapeutic request for that.

Once again - It is important to understand that we do not have the goal of ejaculation. Our goal is a deep meditative connection with oneselves, with our divine part, and filling the heart and body with the energy of love.

There are usually several aspects to the cloth issue that I have identified during my past 6 years of work:

First, there is no "must be done". Tantric massage does not have a set of rules, so each Master works in his own way.

The absence of clothes on the Master is not a necessary condition for immersion in a meditative state and unity with oneself. Nudity of the Master by no means helps the client in this aspect.

Lack of clothing, in my opinion, is acceptable for a tantric couple, where the participants are equal. But invalid for the Master running and supporting the clients' process.

When the Master is dressed, this creates a space of Master neutrality in which the clients' healing can occur, as his mind is no longer distracted by the naked body.

A dressed Master is ethical. I work at the level of the heart, of the soul - in the process of practice, psychotherapeutic transference can occur, and working with it without clothes is unethical and can lead to unpleasant consequences.

When the Master is undressed, this creates unnecessary images in the client's head and one loses focus on oneself. Instead the focus switches to the body of the Master and objectification occurs.

After all, I don't like being a sexual object. You come here for your healing inside a beautiful and sacred Ritual, not sexual stimulation, right? If you are looking for sexual stimulation - please, continue your search - I don't do that.

The most important thing is to get rid of expectations. Before a session, people often watch some videos or read all sorts of articles on the topic of tantric massage, so they create a certain picture in their head of how everything should be. Or a person expects the same session one already had in her/his experience earlier. I ask you not to create a picture in your head, because each person is unique, each massage, each Ritual is unique and I never know in advance how the session will go. What happens is exactly that what the client's psyche is ready to perceive in this concrete moment of time.

The only thing I recommend preparing for - is getting to know oneself, without the usual psychological defenses and self-deceptions. In ordinary life, we escape from ourselves in many ways - with the help of the Internet, social networks, chats, TV, news, parties ... But in the sessions, we completely remove this noise and fully return all the attention to the body. And when attention returns, very interesting and beautiful healing processes begin, which are revealed in each person and each Ritual in their very own way.

What I can guarantee is that this process is safe and ethical. I strongly, yet gently hold a very supportive space for all expressions of oneself that may arise, without any forcing of the process. We will move at the speed that will be relevant at the time of the session, and according to the internal bodily / psychological resource.

No two sessions are the same, even alike. Why? Because the Masters are different people, and the resulting contact between me and you is completely different from what has once been you and any other master. Therefore, the stories that arise in our joint work may be completely different from sessions with another master/s.

There are two ways of self-exploration through such sessions:

Coming to the sessions to one and the same master - in this case, you go deeper and deeper into yourself, because there is no initial excitement and you already know the hands of the master and completely trust him. When there is an already formed field of trust, you can go deeper.

You go to different masters - in this case, each master, like a mirror, reflects and highlights some new, different features of oneself. This is and can be a very interesting study because with different masters you can make different discoveries about yourself.

Both of these paths are equally necessary and useful, but only you are the one to choose between these two options.

It is important not to take alcohol and other stimulant drugs at least 24 hours before the massage. I remind you that a tantric massage session is not entertainment! This is a beautiful ceremony, which is important to be carried out completely in a sober and sound mind. It is important to sleep well and not be in a hungover state (even though we are in a country of winemaking). It is also important to tune into a deep and beautiful process, and be ready to accept and live through everything that happens. Before practice, notice what is happening to you, because before practice, a process of resistance of the mind can begin, which is just a fear of change. If you notice such resistance, just breathe and observe it.

Often it is your soul that leads you to the path of healing. But quite regularly along goes the mind resisting it, because the mind is a very rigid structure that does not like changes very much, even for the better. Resistance manifests itself either consciously: inside there arise questions like "Why do I need all this? Maybe it is better to do something else?" Or it can manifest itself through the unconscious: a sudden illness oк discomfort "at the last minute", urgent work, an offer for an interesting excursion or trip at the very particular time of the session, suddenly coming relatives and so on and so forth. The fact is that it is exactly us who subconsciously create the circumstances of our lives, and sometimes we create a convenient excuse to abandon the practice, because our mind is afraid of it. Sometimes it's even impossible for us to recognize this resistance - "but the boss didn't know about the massage when he gave me this urgent task." Yes, yes, that's exactly how resistance happens and manifests itself.

Of course, if the "circumstances" are stronger, then you can cancel or reschedule the session. But if you understand that it is only you who are the author of them - then take responsibility for your life and your changes - and create time and opportunity for the practice. Ask yourself: "Why do I need this?". If you lack information or inspiration to work with resistance, call or send the message to my assistant.

After practice, give yourself a rest, because for a couple of days you can have emotional instability - either a desire for peace and quiet, or, conversely, a surge of energy and activity. Sometimes the body may want to sleep and rest more than usual - this is normal.

Listen to your body and give it what it wants - sometimes it's sleeping, sometimes gentle stretching, sometimes quiet walks in nature, sometimes breathing exercises. After practice, it is advisable to avoid noisy places, parties and active sports for a couple of days.

Be sure to drink more pure water - it helps to renew and conduct new energy in the body.

If you feel that the changes are difficult - your body hurts, you want to cry, anger, irritation or sadness arises, - then you can do active meditations, for example, "osho kundalini meditation" or "osho dynamic meditation". You can also hit a pillow from top to bottom with a sharp exhalation through your mouth, you can dance to the music of African drums and shake your body, and you can sing or just sound like a free flow.

It is often believed that tantra is a very heterocentric/heterosexual practice, as it works with polarities - male and female energy, but I do not agree with this opinion.

I believe that a person contains everything: inside every woman and every man there is their inner woman and man, between whom there is a unique play of energies. That's why I work with people of all genders/gender identities.

In addition, gender is a mental social construct that was created by people to distribute social roles. When we say "male" or "female" energy, we mean certain qualities, but these qualities are contained in each one of us. Some qualities may be more manifested in connection with the work of the hormonal system of our biological sex, but I am for the fact that each of us is an integral and self-sufficient individual, a spark of Divine on Earth.

Important: in my work, I accept any person as he or she is and do not try to remake him, by no means try to fit him or her into some type of format. I create a safe space for the healing and changes that the person himself needs, but no more.

There are several aspects here.

Tantric massage is not a mechanical work, when a massage therapist can conduct many sessions one after the other. I see no more than two people a day and this is a very deep work.

I have been learning and developing my skills for many years - and I have invested a lot of money and time in this development, continuing the practice every day. If you think that years of personal development of a Master you trust should be worth less, then I am not your Master.

Price is a certain filter. It shows that a person understands the value of this Ritual and is ready to invest in his/her development. After all, money is a form of energy. If a person has invested "nothing", he will receive "nothing". I put a lot of attention and energy into every process that I lead, the value of which is high due to my experience. The value I place into my practices is relevant to the energy I put in. If the price seems high to you and you are not ready to pay it, then this means that you are not fully aware of the value of this practice and it will not benefit you in full. That is why I do not give discounts on my practices.

Many people know about the five levels of Maslow's pyramid: physiological needs, safety and security, love and belonging, esteem, self-actualization. So, tantra and all my practices relate to the last point - self-actualization, expansion of oneself, the desire to know God and one's highest potential. The realization of the top of the pyramid is possible only when all the previous levels have already been realized. Willingness to pay my price also shows that your lower levels are closed and you are really ready to rise to the top. That is why the option "I saved up for a long time and finally came" also does not work - most likely, during the session you will worry about "Why do I need it, maybe it would have been better to spend money on something more valuable?". In order for the spiritual practice to be spiritual, you need to create a good grounding, that is, the base of the pyramid must be very stable.

The price is also a filter from people who are looking for cheap erotic entertainment.

I am back seeing in a beautiful studio in Lisbon near the famous "LX-factory" (2 minutes walk) and the 25 de Abril Bridge.

My studio has a shower room with several types of shower gels of your choice, a toilet, clean sheets and towels, blankets and pillows - all for your convenience. The studio is closed and no one will disturb us - complete confidentiality is guaranteed.

Because tantra takes time. It is not a mechanical process, it is not a "service" or a medical procedure. It is a connection with our feelings, which are the language of the soul and God within us. Of course, this needs and takes time. In addition, the voice of the soul can be heard only when a person feels himself in a safe and carefully created space. It also takes time for a person to feel this way. Tantric massage is about the process, not about the result. Therefore, sometimes the session lasts 3 or even 3.5 hours - and this is normal.

Out of this time, I work with the body for about 2 hours, the rest of the time is pre-setting and rituals, plus final practices, as well as a pre / after shower, if necessary. Pre-configuration is necessary to create the desired inner state. The final practices are important in order to harmoniously emerge from that deep process in which a person can be. After a tantric massage, it is almost impossible to immediately jump up and run. Sometimes people do this, but this is often associated with "running away" from their feelings and from themselves - it happens when a person experiences that everything around is too bright and unusual, and sometimes it's just scary to be in contact with oneself, to feel his/her body, his/her feelings. It's like getting to know your real self, experiencing your "presence" - sometimes it's so new that it's scary. Most people are very happy about these new and sometimes unusual sensations, and want to stay longer in this pleasant and tender field of an open heart and joy. Sometimes it even happens that I just can't see a person off in any way, because he/she likes being in my space so much - that I have to gently remind him/her of the time. The same is true with the Yoni Healing Process.

So please do not plan important and urgent matters/meetings after the session, give yourself time to integrate your internal process!

Now my assistant, Katherine, is handling my schedule, as well as all applications. My schedule is very busy with practices, and I no longer have time to work on applications on my own.

It is better to sign up in advance, since a lot depends on the availability of free slots in my schedule. I accept no more than two people a day, because my work is very deep and individual. Sometimes there are a lot of entries and there may simply not be free intervals for a week or two ahead. Sometimes there are fewer records, and it is even possible to get the-same-day spot (although you should not count on it very much). Sometimes someone suddenly cancels or reschedules the appointment and a free spot appears - please leave a request and my assistant will contact you about scheduling a session.

If you are rescheduling or canceling a session, please let us know as far in advance as possible. Please arrive on time for your sessions - sometimes it is not possible to move the time if there is another session or other important things to do, like Portuguese lessons :).

Our time is a priceless gift and it is important to show respect for both your own time and the time of others.

Everything we do in life, we do for a reason. We go in for sports to be healthy or to have a beautiful body. We travel to have a broad outlook or to admire beauty. There are many reasons and each has its own. But here's an example: you bought tickets to Paris, but why do exactly you want to go there? Do you just want to see the Eiffel Tower? Or eat delicious food? Or go to museums? Or simply walk along the promenade and look at beautiful people? If you do not know why you are going there, then even the most beautiful city on Earth may not please you. And then you will be disappointed and, perhaps, you will say: "It's uncomfortable, dirty and there are a lot of homeless people, but the houses are beautiful, it's true." Before traveling, it is important to prepare yourself internally and understand what exactly you want to see or learn.

Every journey is unique. Including any spiritual journey. If you don't know what you want, then perhaps later you will say: "Thank you, it was interesting, been there."

I always ask about the intention in order to understand why the person came to understand how I can build the very best process for her/him. Sometimes people come and say: "I'm just interested in trying it, I've heard a lot about tantra, it's something fashionable, it's the talk of the town". And here it is important to understand whether this is a request from the outside or from the inside. If your soul brought you, and you simply cannot formulate the answer to the why-question, then it will be a wonderful session in which what you are ready for will happen, the reason why your wise soul brought you to my space will materialize, manifest. If you just want to be able to keep up a conversation in the style of "and I also had a tantric massage" or show off to our friends, then this is not the request of your soul, and then, perhaps, you will be like that bored tourist in the middle of Paris.

Before joining any practice, please honestly, really honestly and deep inside answer the question why you need all this. Maybe you don't need to, but it's better to go to the beach or to a bar, or to a museum, for example. Perhaps it would be better for that bored tourist to go, for example, to Macau casinos or to the beaches of the Maldives ...

Everyone has their own path, and I invite to my very sincere, spiritual and sacred practice only those who are ready for it.

Shyness, embarrassment is an important feeling that occurs when someone is too close to us. It occurs when there is an emotional intimacy.

Almost every person on the planet has experienced a feeling of pain of a broken heart, resentment. When our heart is broken, we close ourselves for a while and do not let anyone near. But there is a moment when the heart is ready to open, but we are still scared - and we postpone meetings, we change plans at the last moment and so on.

Tantra is the practice of opening one's hearts and connecting with the divine wisdom of our soul.

Often people are afraid / embarrassed to come to the session. They think, "My heart has been in such pain, it can't take anymore. What if she offends me or hurts me? I'm so scared." That is why before the session I spend a lot of time creating a safe space and trust between us. Only by making sure that next to me one can be calm and safe, a person can finally relax. Emotional and physical safety is the most important and critical condition for practice.

It is also important to say here that I can never lead the process deeper than your inner willingness to go is. Care for the internal process of the client is my rule. Each person has their own speed, their own boundaries and their own degree of trust - and I respect them and follow them.

The second reason may be shame. Sometimes a person believes that his body or manifestations of his/her emotions are ugly/inappropriate. This does not happen by chance, but because in a person's life there has already been an experience when an important person for him/her said something, like, "You are fat" or "Your nose is ugly in shape" or "Men don't cry", and the little boy/girl swallowed that reply and believed. And then he/she is afraid that he/she will be shamed again if he/she opens up to another person.

The only thing that I think is important to say about shame is that in tantra we consider a person to be a perfect manifestation of the divine on Earth, he/she is enough as he/she is. And personally I believe that the basis from which we can push off for further spiritual growth is a sense of the security of space and our contact. Therefore, I emphasize this point - safety, caution - in all my practices and descriptions.

If you feel ready to practice, but at the same time fear, embarrassment or shame arises - then I recommend you to sit down, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and ask yourself: "What is there, behind this fear/shame/embarrassment? Is it really important enough to keep me from moving on, growing up and living my life to the fullest? Am I sure I want to carry this further in my life with me?". If the answer is "yes", then this is the time to be careful and take care of yourself. If "no", then it's time to invite yourself to go into that fear and breathe it out, let it go, and book a session. Please take responsibility for your choices, because every choice affects your life and it is important that the choice is made consciously.

Very often in the request for practice the word "connection" sounds. This word has many facets and each person means something different - I have repeatedly encountered misunderstanding and false expectations of clients, so I want to clarify my understanding.

Of course, tantra is about connection. But for some reason, for some reason, by communication they mean "we will hug each other, perhaps kiss, and I will also be able to touch you wherever I want, because the connection should be in all the directions." And here I want to say "stop", because it is important to draw boundaries and share my understanding of this word.

For me, connection is a space of trust between us. If you come to the session in a closed state, you are not trusting me and do not surrender to the process, then there will be no connection between us.

I also want to be clear: you don't have to please me or try to impress me. You don't have to please me. Your energy exchange will take place when you pay me after the session, because money is energy manifested in a material form. You come to my practices for yourself, not for me - this is important to understand.

I am the Master of tantra and tantric massage. My massages and practices are spiritual practices done with and through the body. I am a guide and conductor.

When I lead my practice, I am in tune with the field of the client and there is a connection between us. A stream passes through me, my heart and my hands, and thanks to the field of trust it can reach you if you are open. Without your inner permission to open up to something new, a beautiful and deep process cannot happen. And there is permission when there is a trust in the Master. And if there is trust in the Master when there is trust in oneself.

Sometimes it happens that people send me a request for practice because they feel a strong inner response to my texts, and they want to be in my field. But at the same time they do not know which one to choose. Here I will briefly describe the massages to give a better understanding.

holistic - more work with the body and the subconscious through the body, may look different - depending on what a person is ready for and how deep he is ready to go. This practice is about working with the body and subconscious in order to create balance and harmony inside.

tantric - work with the flow of energy in the body, grounding, tuning to the voice of your soul, sharpening of sensitivity, awakening love for yourself, joy, celebration of life, transcendental sensations are possible - contact with the divine within yourself, expansion to the universe, raising kundalini energy - depending from the readiness of the soul and body.

yoni healing - the female mystery of connecting with your energy center

chi nei tsang - very soft, but rather deep work with the abdomen. I combine all practices with body psychotherapy, so my qi nei tsang differs from the classical one: I work with content, not form, so for each specific person it will be different. Recommended for those who feel heaviness and cold in the stomach, pain and tension for no reason, a lot of stress.

karsai - legs (a little), abdomen, sacrum, buttocks, pelvic floor, testicles (in men). Works very well with stress, for men 40+ for prevention, for people who have experienced any form of physical abuse in their lives. It is usually a very relaxing and deep therapeutic practice. Suitable for both men and women, because it helps to work out blood stasis and tension in the pelvic region, which is a good prevention of inflammatory processes, especially when one is used to sedentary office work.

Lately I've been using natural sweet almond oil from the bio food store: it's lighter than others, absorbs faster, it is really good for any skin type, doesn't leave marks on clothes (although you can always take a shower after a massage). Also in the warm season, I often use coconut oil. All oils are natural, without any chemical additives.

In general, this list is quite ordinary for all practices, but as a rule, people who have at least one of the items on the list below are usually not interested in massages. However, I am posting it on the site for review.

The true deep practice of tantra is an ancient system of personal transformation that uses sexual energies to achieve spiritual enlightenment. These sexual energies are very hot, powerful and very difficult to control. In order to control them, one should raise them to the heart center and higher, and only then use them for enlightenment - and for this you need a long practice of awareness, non-attachment to various mental and emotional constructs, the ability to immerse yourself in meditation and subtle sensitivity of your physical body and the flow of your energies, a cold head and the ability to manage your attention. All of this comes from years of personal practice. And this path is not for everyone. Tantric massage is the training of all these skills.

A lot of people come to tantric massage because it is "interesting". This is good, it means that the human soul is looking for its spiritual path to the light, and trying different approaches.

But it is important to understand that we are modern people, we live in a lot of stress, we often do not hear ourselves, we have a huge number of different mental constructions and identifications, and our thoughts are jumping like monkeys in a cage. Going once for a tantric massage is just the beginning of the journey.

Results may vary. Someone will feel a state of meditation and silence of the mind, someone will see some of their mental structures that determine their life. Someone for the first time will feel the flow of energy. Someone will learn to shift the focus of attention from the genitals to the whole body and to the flow of energy. Some may have a release as a long-standing pain is revealed that for quite a time has been preventing him/her from feeling alive. Someone will fall asleep at all, because her/his system is overloaded with stress and deep daydreaming is the most healing thing for this person right now. What happens is what you are ready for at this stage of your life. I never know in advance how the session will go, so this is not a day to day service. This is exactly a spiritual practice in which you practice certain skills under my guidance.

And this way is long. You can come once and understand that this is not your path. Or you can feel that this practice "turns you on" and you can start going to tantric massages and tantric retreats - and eventually (perhaps in years) you will come to such deep states of silence of the mind and control of attention and energy that you will be able to come into tantric sexual contact and achieve ecstatic states of connection with the divine mind and enlightenment.

It's just a matter of your intention. How do you want to live your life? It is only you who know the answer. In addition, there are many other practices in the world, and everyone has their own path. If you are interested in understanding if your path lies in tantra - here is my "Welcome".

I must say right away that it is not always clear from the first time. Sometimes there are many unnecessary expectations, sometimes there is a lot of stress, due to which the sensitivity is greatly reduced. Sometimes there is little trust in oneself and the Master, or many attitudes of shame or control. In addition, our body belongs to the sphere of the subconscious and stores all our experiences that emerge during the session and then for a long time can come out through tears and unstable emotional states. Therefore, I recommend practicing tantric massage no more than once a month, so that your system has time to integrate all that arises.

The practice of tantric massage is deep, but only as deep as you can open yourself to it. Opening up is hard, it takes courage. But, observing my regular clients, I notice that gradually, over and over again, they go deeper and become more conscious, and their energy and magnetism are higher. Therefore, give yourself time - and if you are ready, then I invite you!
